​Call Judy Milinowski  for Free 15 Minute Consultation - 203-253-1738. This is an opportunity to become familiar with the process of Holistic Psychotherapy, a combination of multi-layered Energy and Talk Therapy that gently and quickly breaks through years of built-up pain, heartbreak, trauma, and abuse.

Introductory Session: $50 for 50 minutes

This introductory session will give you an opportunity to experience this unique and powerful work.  Once you have had one session you will be able to decide to continue on for a 6-week series.

Individual Virtual or In-person 6 week series - $390 ($65 Per Session)
