Weekly Qi Gong Classes - Stress be Gone with Qi Gong
 
Winter Schedule - Mondays and Fridays 12:30 - 1:30 at Crow Point Yoga Studio​

Qigong in the Park will begin again in April. 

​

Fee - $10 Per Class (cash only) 

​

15 minutes of Qigong Meditation followed by 45 Minutes of Qigong Movement.

 

Qigong is the 6,000-year-old Chinese System of ultimate wellness combining gentle movements, meditation, breathing techniques, and visualization.

These are just some of the benefits of developing a regular Qigong Practice! No Experience necessary and most benefits are immediate!

 

*Chairs will be provided for use during meditation and can be used during parts or all of the class as needed for sitting and/or balancing.
